A Charity Game with Taste
You’re invited: Enjoy a drink on us and watch as hundreds of local college students revive a “fraternity gag” for a very worthy cause.
Where: D*lush Beverage Joint in Fashion Valley Mall, 7007 Friars Road, San Diego, CA 92108
When: Friday, November 22, 2002 at 3 PM
Object of the game: The more students packed into D*lush within a short time limit, the more money D*lush will donate to Children’s Hospital and Health Center of San Diego. All 200 USD students will have three chances to sardine themselves into D*lush, will receive free drink certificates and be eligible to win prizes, including the coveted 7/365 pass, which entitles its owner to a free drink every day for a year!
“Rush to D*lush is a fun way for us to give back to our community,” said Jeffery Adler, founder and CEO of D*lush. “D*lush lives by its logo, the heart, so we’re very happy to do what we can for Children’s Hospital and Health Center of San Diego.”
Mall goers also have a chance to participate in the Rush by trying to guess how many people will fit inside D*lush. From now until 3 PM on November 22, when the public donates money to Children’s Hospital at D*lush, they can predict how many college students will fit inside. If they guess correctly, they win free drinks after the game.
